Roberts Automotive, a family owned and operated business, was started in Lancaster by Fred Roberts in 1968 for the purpose of servicing and repairing Volkswagen and Audi vehicles. It was originally located behind Burnside Donuts on Manor Ridge Drive. In 1975 Fred and his son PJ formed a partnership specializing in the repair and servicing of Volkswagen and Audi vehicles at this location. In 1987 Fred retired and PJ incorporated the business, which moved to its present location at 3846 Columbia Ave near Mountville in 1997.

We are the only Bosch Authorized Service Center in Lancaster County, PA which means we can handle warranties and repairs on vehicles equipped with Bosch products even if those parts were installed somewhere else. This saves you the hassle and inconvenience of dealing with a warranty company. Bosch is a big supplier to VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes and many Japanese makes.
